A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBERS 1 AND 2
WITH BUCHER, WILLIS & RATLIFF, CONSULTING ENGINEERS, PLANNERS &
i; ARCHITECTS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE NORTH AND SOUTH
BOUNDARY ROADS AT KSU-SALINA CAMPUS.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest, Supplemental Agreement Number 1 with Bucher, Willis
& Ratliff, Consulting Engineers, Planners & Architects for engineering services
for the South Boundary Road at KSU-Salina Campus for an amount not to
exceed twenty-three thousand dollars ($23,000.00).
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest, Supplemental Agreement Number 2 with Bucher, Willis
& Ratliff, Consulting Engineers, Planners and Architects, covering the basis
for the calculation of fees for additional professional services, an extension
of the performance time, and the inclusion of grant requirements specified by
j the Economic Development Administration.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
j 27th day of April, 1992.
