AN ORDINANCE prescribing the salaries of certain officers of the City of Salina, Kansas,
and repealing Sections 1-602 to 1-609 both inclusive of Ordinance Number 6295.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. That Sections 1-602 and 1-603 and 1-605 to 1-609, both
inclusive, be and they are hereby amended to read as follows:
1-602 ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT 1 City Manager ger month 522.50
1-603 LAW DEPARTMENT 1 City XZtorpey per month 425.00
2 police Judge per month 245.00
1-605 PARK DEPARTMENT 1 superintendent of Parks per month 600.00
1-606 DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY 1 Chief of Police per month 600.00
2 Fire Chief per month 600.00
1-607 DEPARTMENT OF SERVICE 1 City Engineer per month 600.80
1-608 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE 1 Director of Finance per month 600.00
1-609 WATERWORKS DEPARTMENT 1 Superintendent per mora h 522.50
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That the salaries aforesaid be effective from and after
January 1, 1960.
Section 3. REPEAL. That Sections 1-602 and 1-603 and 1-605 to 1-609 both inclusive
of Ordinance Number 6295 be and each are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption
