ORDINANCE NUMBER 6399

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezonin
of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, AND SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described propert
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 10, Block 14; Lots 1 to 12, Block 13; Lots 1 to 6, Block 9; Shalimar
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas to Zone "B".
Lots 9 to 23, Block 9; and Lot 1, Block 10; Belmont Addition to the gity of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas$ to Zone "B".
Lot 4, Block 5; Lots 5,6,7,8,9, and 10 in Block 6; Lots 18, 19, 26, Block 4;
and Lot 4, Block 7; Rolling Hill Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, to Zone "B".
shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map
of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be
rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 9, Block 12; Lots 1 to 15, Block 11; Lots 1 to 18, Block 8; Shalimar
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to Zong "C".
Lots 2 to 14, Block 10; Belmont Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas to Zone "C".
shall become a part of District "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made
and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Apartment District,
as aforesaid.
Section 3. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESSS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinan
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be
rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1,2,3, Block 5; Lots 1,2,3,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18, Block 6; Lots 20,21,22,
23,24,25, Block 4; Lots 1,2,3, Block 7; Rolling Hills Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, to Zone "D".
CONSOLIDATED-SALINA
shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. . That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local
Business District, as aforesaid.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
