ORDINANCE NUMBER 6395

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE
EE IT MINED by the Board of Cissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "E". GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a Pert of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots 175, 177, 179, 181, 183, 1859 187 on Fourth Street and
Lots 176, 186 on Third Street, in the Original Town of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "C" to Zone "E«.
shall become a part of District "E". GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the General Business
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
and publication once in the official city paper.
