ORDINANCE NUMBER 6387 ``���

AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidgwalks in the City of Sal
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Coumissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWALK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby
that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside
line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb on the following described property,
to -wit:
From East line of Wisconsin Avenue appromimtely
275 feet East in the North Parking of Gypsum Avenue,
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
That all such construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as
by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948.
Section 2. EFRECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect f
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
