RESOLUTION NUMBER 92-4498
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF MOBILE HOMES
ON SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED PUBLIC EASEMENT.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That pursuant to City of Salina Ordinance Number
91-9486 pertaining to building on easements, the City authorizes the placement
of mobile homes on the eastern most five (5) feet and western most ten (10)
feet of the forty (40) foot public utility easement located in Southwestern
Mobile Home's Planned Development District as depicted on the drawing attached
and incorporated as Exhibit "A", subject to the following conditions:
(a) No permanent structures shall be placed on any part of the
easement; and
(b) Full and complete access shall be maintained to the remaining
twenty-five (25) foot easement area.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
17th day of August, 1992.
