PERMANENT EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 19th day of Sept. ,
1988, by and between SHIRLEY J. REED, a single person, (the
"Grantor"), and the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal
corporation (the "City").
WITNESSETH: The Grantor for a good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and
convey unto the City, a permanent easement in, through,
over, and across a certain portion of land owned by the
Grantor, more particularly described as follows:
The West Five (5) feet of Lot Fifteen (IS), Block One
(I), Stack Place Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, containing 250 square feet, more or
less.
for all rights of ingress and egress of the City, its
servants, officers, employees, contractors, and franchisees,
for the purposes of installing, repairing, replacing, and
maintaining public utilities and public sidewalk, in
perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has signed this
Permanent Easement this 19th day of Sept. , 1988.

PARTIAL REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE RELEASE
The undersigned Mortgagee, pursuant to K.S.A. 58-2306,
acknowledges partial satisfaction of the debt secured by the
following described and recorded real estate mortgage (the
"Mortgage") and the same is hereby released in part as
follows:
1. The name of the Mortgagors are ALVIN A. SENKBEIL
and DELORES J. SENKBEIL, husband and wife.
2. The name of the Mortgagee is THE FIDELITY
INVESTMENT COMPANY.
3. The volume and page the original Mortgage is
recorded in is: Book 273 of Mortgages, pages 21-24 of the
records of the Register of Deeds for Saline County, Kansas.
4. The original Mortgage dated May 7, 1969, was
recorded May 12, 1969.
s. An assignment of the original Mortgage to the
Mortgagee was recorded January 9, 1984, in Book 361 of
Mortgages, page 136, of the records of the Register of Deeds
for Saline County, Kansas.
6. The legal description of that part of the property
subject to the Mortgage released by this partial release is:

Saline County, Kansas, awards this property to SHIRLEY J.
REED.
