EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made thi s J./-'711 day of September, 1973, by and between
E. S. GAHNSTROM and FERN O. GAHNSiR~M, his wife, Parties of the First Part
and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Party of the Second
Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable
consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Party
of the Second Part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of
land owned by the Parties of the First Part more particularly described
as follows:
The north ten (10) feet of the following tract of land
being more particularly described as follows:
The west 68.5 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Southern View
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.

is hereby dedicated to the public for use as a public sidewalk, in
perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Parties of the First Part have hereunto
