THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ day of January,
1968, by and
between SALINA FOUNDRY,
INC.,
a Kansas corporation, of the first
part,
and the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS,
a municipal corporation, of
the second part:
vHTNESSETH,
that the said party of the first part for a good
and valuable consideration,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the said party of the second part an easement in, over
and across a certain portion of land owned by the first party more
particularly described as follows:
The West Twenty-five Feet (W 25') of the North Fifty
Feet (N50') of Lot Six (6), and the West Fifteen (15)
Feet of the South 338.3 Feet of Lot Six (6), Block Two
(2), of the South Industrial Area, in the South Half
(S~) of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section One
(1), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Three (3) West
in Saline County, Kansas,
for all the rights of ingress and egress of said second party, its
servants, officers,
employees and contractors for the purpose of con-
structing,
installing,
repairing,
replacing and maintaining public
utilities in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,
the said Salina Foundry Inc. has hereunto
caused this easement to be signed on its behalf by its proper officers
who are duly authorized so to do and has caused its common corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed this ,)1- day of January,
