RESOLUTION 92-4492
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND MID
CONTINENT ENGINEERS FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
THE OAKDALE AVENUE BRIDGE REHABILITATION, PROJECT NO. 85U-1258-01.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section I. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest an agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas, the
Kansas Department of Transportation and Mid Continent Engineers for
construction engineering services for the Oakdale Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation,
Project No. 85U-1258-01.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
10th day of August, 1992.
