Said easement being 10 feet either side of a line which begins at a point 85.3 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot 9 and extends 133 feet, more or less, Southwesterly to a point on the West line of said property and 13.4 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof. for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of the construction, instalJ_ation, repairing, replacing and maintaining a public utility systems, in perpetuity.
