RESOLUTION NUMBER 92-4516
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS AND CAMP DRESSER & McKEE, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING SERVICES FOR SALINA SOLID WASTE
STUDY, PHASE II IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $104,899.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and the
City Clerk to attest an agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Camp
Dresser & McKee, Inc. for professional engineering and consulting services for
Salina Solid Waste Study, Phase II in an amount not to exceed $104,899.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
12th day of October, 1992.
