CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT

parties of the
first part, and the City of Salina, Kansas of the second part.
WHEREAS, party of the second part desires to obtain an ease-
ment over, upon and through certain land owned by first parties, as
hereinafter described; and
vffiEREAS, the parties of the first part are willing to grant
said second party said easement; and
SO, NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That the parties of the first part, in consideration of the
payment of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consider-
ation, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto second parties an easement in,
over and across a certain portion of the land owned by first parties,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

The south ten (10) feet. of Lot iW8a ~, Block
Four (4), Riverside Park Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas..
all for the right of ingress and egress by second party, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors, for the purpose of installing,
maintaining, replacing and repairing sanitary sewer No. 34ß, and all
connections, manholes, flush tanks and other appurtenances thereto,
all in accordance with the plans and specifications now on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Salina, Kansas, which
plans and specifications are made a part hereof by reference.
The foregoing shall be construed to be a covenant running with
the land.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties of the first part have set their
hands hereunto, all on the day and year first herein written.
