CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
\-IIIE:RLAS, party of the second part desires to obtain an ease
ment over, upon and through certain land owned by the parties of
the first part as hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the parties of the first part are the owners in fe
simple of said land and are willing to ~rant said second party sai
easement; and,
SO NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That the parties of the first part in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considera-
tions, receipt of ~hich is hereby acknowledged, do by these presen ,
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto second party an easement in,
over and across a certain portion d land owned by parties d the
first part, more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land in Block 1, Lot 31 at Riverside Park
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the North Line at Lot Thirty-
one (31), Block One (1), and Eighty-five Feet (85)
West at the East Line of Lot Thirty-one (31); thence
Southwesterly a distance of Ninety-four (94) Feet to
the Southwest Corner at Lot Thirty-one (31). Thence
North along the West Line at Lot Thirty-one (31) a
distance of Thirty-five (35) feet; thence Northeaster-
ly a distance of Fifty-one (51) Feet to a point on
the North Line of Lot Thirty-one (31) and One-hundred
and Fifteen (115) Feet West of the Northeast Corner
of Lot Thirty-one (31). Thence East along the
North Line of Lot Thirty-one (31),thirty-one (31) Feet
to the point of beginning,
for all the rights of ingress and egress of second party, its ser-
vants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of con-
structing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintaining a publ"c
street and any public utilities and any other appurtenances theret
in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOf the said parties of the first part have
caused this deed to be signed the day and year last above written.
