WHEREAS, Party of the second part desires to obtain an easement over,
upon and through certain land owned ty the party of the first part as herein
after described; and,
WHEREAS, the party of the first: part is owner in fee simple of said
land and is willing to grant said second party said easement; and,
SO IDW, THEREFORE, WHITNESSErH:

That the party of the fi rst pa.rt, in the consideration of the Sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other goods and valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do by these present, over and across certain portion of
land owned by the party of the first part, more particularly described as follo-
ws:
A tract of land in Southwest quarter (SW~J Sec. 17, T 14, S R3W of the
sixth principal meridian, Saline County Kansas. More particularly described
as f 0 11ows :
Beginning at a point which is the Northeast corner of Lot
One (1) Block Fourteen (14) Riker Manor Addition; Thence
North to the Southeast corner of Lot Seven (7) Block 5(5)
Riker Manor Addition a distance Sixty (60) Feet; Thence
East to the East line of the Southwest Quarter (Swi) of
Section Seve_teen (17) Township Fourteen South (T14S) of
Range Three West (R3W) of the Sixth (6) Principal Meridian
a distance of Thirteen hundred and five (1305) feet, more
or less; Thence South to a point on said section line a
distance of Sixty. (60) feet; Thence west to the point of
beginning;
for all the right of ingress and egress of second part, its servants. officers,
employees and contractors for the purpose of constructing, installing, repair-
ing, replacing and maintaining a public street and any public utilities and
any other appurtenances thereto in perpetuity.
IN WHITNESS WHERECF the said party of the first part has caused this
deed to be signed the day and year last above written.

BE IT REMEMBERED THAT on this ¿ day of July, 1964, before

and such person duly acknowledged the excution of same.
