v.hereas, ¡-tiker, Inc., Salina, Kansas, is the owner of the following de-
scribed real estate, to-wit:
Dlock Ten (10), lUker Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas; and
\'Vhereas, b,iker, Inc., has run a water line located approximately 150 Feet
Hest of the Last line of Said Block 10, and extending South, parallel with the
:cast line of said Block 10, approximately 183 F'eet, which line is tapped into
the City of ":;¡alina water main runninp; :-;ast and ',¡est along the South side of
~ast Crawford Street; and
l'ihereas, a curb-cock and water meter have now been set at or near the
South end of said water line; now,
Therefore, in consideration of the sum of Cne and no/100 Dollars C:,-l.OOJ,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the ~utual covenants herein con-
tained, ri.iker, Inc., for its self and its successors and assigns, does hereby
grant to the City of Salina, Kansas, its agents and employees, the right of
ingress and egress at any and all times to service the said water line and
any and all curb-cocks and meters connected thereto, in accordance ~_th the
ordinances of said city pertaining to water service.
Kiker, Inc., its successors and assip;ns, shall at all times keep said
water lines, as located and described herein, in good repair as required by
the ordinances of said City of ~alina.
HJ VJIThESS Ì'JHEREOF, the grantor has signed this easement this
day of February, 1962.
