PERMANENT EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th day of Sept.
1988, by and between ROLLIE G. ADKINSON and RUTH W.
ADKINSON, husband and wife (the "Grantors"), and the CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation (the "City").
WITNESSETH: The Grantors for a good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, and
convey unto the City, a permanent easement in, through,
over, and across a certain portion of land owned by the
Grantors, more particularly described as follows:
The East Five (5) feet of Lot Nine (9), Block One (I),
Phillips East Salina Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, containing 250 square feet, more
or less.
for all rights of ingress and egress of the City, its
servants, officers, employees, contractors, and franchisees,
for the purposes of installing, repairing, replacing, and
maintaining public utilities and public sidewalk, in
perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have signed this

PARTIAL REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE RELEASE
The undersigned Mortgagee, pursuant to K.S.A. 58-2306,
acknowledges partial satisfaction of the debt secured by the
following described and recorded real estate mortgage (the
"Mortgage") and the same is hereby released in part as
follows:
1. The name of the Mortgagors are SAMMY J. ESLICK and
LIANNE L. ESLICK, husband and wife.
2. The name of the Mortgagee is FEDERAL HOME MORTGAGE
CORPORATION.
3. The volume and page the original Mortgage is
recorded in is: Book 313 of Mortgages, pages 722-725 of the
records of the Register of Deeds for Saline County, Kansas.
4. The original Mortgage dated April 28, 1977, was
recorded April 28, 1977.
5. An assignment of the original Mortgage to the
Mortgagee was recorded January 17, 1979, in Book 328 of
Mortgages, pages 531-532, of the records of the Register of
Deeds for Saline County, Kansas.
6. The legal description of that part of the property
subject to the Mortgage released by this partial release is:
The East Five (5) feet of Lot Nine (9), Block One
(1), Phillips East Salina Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, containing 250
square feet, more or less.
7. The current record owners of the real estate are
ROLLIE G. ADKINSON and RUTH W. ADKINSON, husband and wife,
by virture of general warranty joint tenancy deed dated
December 19, 1980, and recorded January 14, 1981, in Book
329 of Deeds, page 85.
8. This partial release shall not effect the lien of
the Mortgage as it applies to the remaining property
described in the Mortgage.
