CITY CLERK TO ATTEST A FORCE ACCOUNT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES ON THE
SANTA FE / PRESCOTT INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO.
85U-1416-01.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest a force account agreement between the City of Salina,
Kansas, the Kansas Department of Transportation for construction engineering
services for the Santa Fe / Prescott Intersection Improvements, Project No.
85U-1416-01.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
25th day of January, 1993.
