A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has established through Resolution
Number 88-4016, amended by Resolution Number 90-4160, a policy regarding
appointments and administration of the citizen boards system; and
WHEREAS, Section 2(c) of Resolution Number 88-4016 calls for
appointments to be made by Resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City
Commission for final approval; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on a certain citizens board; SO
NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. The following person, as proposed by the Mayor of the
City of Salina, is hereby appointed to the designated citizen board for the
term indicated:
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
Deane Allen, Outside the City Limits Representative, appointed to
fill the unexpired term of E. Dale Anderson to August 31, 1993.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
25th day of January, 1993.
