ORDINANCE NUMBER 6 96

AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salini,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWALK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered

that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside
line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb on the following described property,
to -wit:
Fron the East line of Claremont Drive to the West line
of Marymount Road in Block 1, of Claremont Heights
Addition and abutting Lots 1 to 12 inclusive, Block 1,
of Claremont Heights Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas.
That all such construction or installation shall be otherwisd made and completed as provid
by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect fr
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
