AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lance
within the c3iporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain
land in the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, and
SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a tract of land touching and adjoining the
corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, and subdivided
into blocks and lots, described as follows, to -wit:
86giaaing at a point which is the intersection of
the south line of Lot Eight (8), Block Twenty One (21)
of Belmont Addition and the center line of easement
through Block Twenty One (21); thence northwesterly along
said easement line through said Block Twenty One (21), to
the southeast line of Belmont Boulevard, thence crossing
Belmont Boulevard to the northwest line of said Belluont
Boulevard to the easement line through Block Six (6), Bel-
mont Addition, thence following the center line of said
easement through said Block Six (6) to the northwest cor-
ner of Lot Two (2), Block Six (6), Belmont Addition, thence
west along the south line of Lot One (1), Block Six (6),
and crossing Quincy Street to a point 230.0 feet west of
the center line of Quincy Street, thence south along a line
230.0 feet west of the center line of Quincy Street to a
Point 200.0 feet north of the center line of Magnolia Road,
this center line of Magnolia Road also being the north line
of Section Thirty Six (36), Township Fourteen (14) South,
Range Three (3) hest of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
thence west along a line 200.0 feet north and parallel to
said Magnolia Road and Section line, to the erst right -of -
May line of U.S. 81 Highway, thence south following said
east right-of-way of U.S. 81 Highway to its intersection
with the south line of the northwest quarter of Section
Thirty Six (36), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three
{ (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, thence east fol-
lowing the said south line of northwest quarter of Section
Thirty Six (36) to its intersection with the west right-
of-way of the Union Pacific. Railroad, thence north follow-
ing the west right-of-way of said railroad to its inter-
section of the center line of Magnolia Road and the north
line of Section Thirty Six (36), thence east along the
center line of said road to a point directly south of the
east line of Lot Twenty Four (24), Block Twenty One (21),
Belmont Addition, thence north along the east line of sai(I
Lot Twenty Four (24) to the nottheast corner thereof,
thence northwesterly following the center line of easement
in Block Twenty One (21) to the south line of Lot Fight
(8), Block Twenty One (21), Belmont Addition or the ooint
of beginning.

Section 2. That this ordinance shall he in full force and
effect froth and after its adoption and publication once in the
official city paper.
