6478 Zone Rplt Edgemere AddCONSOLIDATED-SALPNA 1 7J 1 ORDINANCE NUMBER 6478 (Published in The Salina Journal�.,.�� 4 /2 , 1960) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property+ within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all.sordit6ous precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the resoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, !lid BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1- AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described propert3 be rezoned as follows; to -wit: The rezoning of Lot 55, Block 6, Replat of Edgemere Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "D". shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made add provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid. Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: The rezoning of a tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SWV of Section Fourteen (14), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, gauzes, described as follows: Beginning at a point 490.75 feet west and 1441.7 feet north of the point where the west line of'Highway'81 By-pass intersects the south line of said Section; thence south Two -hundred (200) feet; theuce,.west,parallel with the south line of said Section, One Hundred Three (103) feet; thence north Two Hundred (200) feet; thence vest to the place of beginning, from Zone "A" to Zone "F". shall become a part of District "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the 1Aght 'Iadmj&rlfl District, as aforesaid. Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
