AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the:
City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of cdrtain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a tract of land so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or
boundary lies upon or touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas described as follows:
(1) Beginning at a point on the west line of Edgemere
Addition 200 feet south of the south line of
Crawford Avenue,
(2) thence west following a line 200 feet mouth of
the south line of Crawford Avenue 530 feet, more
or less, to the toe of flood protection levee,
(3) thence northerly following the toe of flood
protection levee to the north line of Crawford
Avenue,
(4) thence northeasterly following the toe of flood
protection levee to its intersection with a line
extended north from the scent line of Edgemre
Addition and approximately 710 feet north of the
center line of Crawford Avenue,
(5) thence south on said line which is extended north
from the west line of Edgemere Addition 940 feet to
the point of beginning.

City of Salina, Kansas
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
