EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this lð'4-' of September, 1990, by and between James M. Drake, party
of the first part and City of Salina, Kan~ a municipal corporation, party of the second part:
WITNESSETH: That said party of the first part for good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto the party of the second part, an easement, in, over and across a certain portion of land owned by
party of the first part, more particularly described as follows:
A part of Lot Four (4), Block Six (6), in Meyer Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
The East Ten (10) feet of Lot Four (4), Block Six (6), Meyer
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
The above described parcel of land contains 1180.00 square feet more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of said party of the second part, its servants, officers, employees
and contractors, for the purpose of constructing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintaining public
utilities, in perpetuity.
IN ~S WHEREOF, the said James M. Drake, has hereunto caused this easement to be
signed on this ~ day of September, 1990.

BE IT REMEMBERED that on this .3"" day of September, 1990, before me, the undersigned, a
notary public in and for the state aforesaid, came James M. Drake, who is personally known to me to be
the same person who executed the above and foregoing instrument of writing and duly acknowledged the
execution of same.
