RESOLUTION NUMBER 93-4570
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ACCESSIBILITY
ADVISORY BOARD, BUILDING CODES ADVISORY AND APPEALS BOARD,
COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD, HERITAGE COMMISSION, AND
SALINA AIRPORT AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has established through Resolution
Number 88-4016, amended by Resolution Number 90-4160, a policy regarding
appointments and administration of the citizen boards system; and
WHEREAS, Section 2(c) of Resolution Number 88-4016 calls for
appointments to be made by Resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City
Commission for final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain citizens boards,
commissions and committees; SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. The following persons, as proposed by the Mayor of
the City of Salina, are hereby appointed to the designated citizen boards for
the term indicated:
ACCESSIBILITY ADVISORY BOARD
Phyllis Anderson, reappointed for a 3 year term to
February 28, 1996.
Lyle E. Lightfoot, reappointed for a 3 year term to
February 28, 1996.
Theresa Rundell, appointed to succeed Mary Ellen Rudick for a 3
year term to February 28, 1996.
BUILDING CODES ADVISORY AND APPEALS BOARD
Bob Gile, Plumbing Contractor, reappointed for a 3 year
term to February 28, 1996.
Don Vancil, General Contractor, reappointed for a 3 year term to
February 28, 1996.
Jerry Callabresi, Mechanical Contractor, appointed to succeed
Homer Wells for a 3 year term to February 28, 1996.
COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD
Ben Frick, appointed to succeed Jack Mahoney.
Sister Mary Lou Roberts, reappointed.
HERITAGE COMMISSION
Elizabeth Duckers, reappointed for a 3 year term to
February 28, 1996.
Warren Ediger, appointed to succeed Larry Jordan for a 3 year term
to February 28, 1996.

SALINA AIRPORT AUTHORITY
Charles Stevens, appointed to succeed Roger Morrison for a 3 year
term to February 28, 1996.
Joe Ritter, appointed to succeed Charles Roth for a 3 year term to
February 28, 1996.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 1st day of March, 1993.
