DEDICATION OF ACCESS CONTROL
Timothy D. Lindfors and Reta J. Lindfors being the record owners of Lot One (1),
Block One(1), in the Lindfors Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas do
hereby give, grant, dedicate and convey unto the General Public an Access Control along
North Ohio Street over and across the following described property:
The entire west side of Lot One(1), Block One(1), Lindfors Addition, except
for a sixty(60) foot break which begins at a point twenty four (24) feet south
of the northwest corner of said Lot One(1) and extends southerly to a point
which is eighty-four(84) feet south of the northwest corner of said Lot One(1).
That the undersigned hereby covenant that Timothy D. Lindfors and Reta J.
Lindfors being the lawful owners of the above described property and have the right,
power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
