Salina, Saline County, Kansas
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, errq;:>loyees and contractors for the
purpose of construction, installing, repairing, replacing and naintaining
a public street in connection therewith, in perpetuity.
