bv and betHeen Clarence O. Ingermanson and Lucille Ingermanson, his
'Hife; Erne st O. Talley and Gertrude fl. Talley, his wife, of the firs t
part, and the City of Salina, Kansas, of the second part.
WHEREAS, party of the second part desires to obtain an easement
over, upon and through certain land owned by ftrst parties as herein-
after described.
','fIEREAS, the parties of the first part are the owners in fee
simple of said land and are willing to grant said second party said
easement, and

That the parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum
of $1.00, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acl{TIowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto second party an easement in, over and across a certain
portion of land owned by first partie s, more particularly described
as follo'Hs:
Tract 1
Beginning at a point which is the intersection of
the north and south quarter section line with the north
east and west one-sixteenth line of Section 26, Township
1L1. South, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian;
thence west along said one-sixteenth line 2340 feet more
or less to the center line of Dry Creek; thence north
along center line of said creek 70.0 feet; thence east
2340 feet; thence south 70.0 feet to the point of
beginning, all in Saline County, Kansas.
All for the right of ingress and egress of second party, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors, for and during the construction
of a storm sewer.
Tract 2
Beginning at a point which is the intersection of
the north and sol.1th quarter section line with the north
east and west one-sixteenth line of Section 26, Township
14 South, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal I1eridian;
thence 'Hest along said one-sixteenth line 2340 feet more
or less to the center line of Dry Creek; thence north
along center line of said creek 30.0 feet; thence east
2340 feet; thence south 30.0 feet to the point of
beginning, all in Saline County, Kansas.
for 'all the right of ingress and egress of second party, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of installing,
repairing, replacing and ma intaining a st'-:¡rm sewer all connections,
manholes, flush tanks, sInce ,,;ates and other appurtenances thereto
in 'perpetuity.
