EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this ,~ .3/;5.- day of July, 1993, by and
between WILL C. CHAFFEE, Party of the First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Parties of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable
consideration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do
by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Parties of the
Second Part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned
by the Party of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
An easement which is twenty (20) feet in width located on the North ten
(10) feet of Tract Three (3) and on the South ten (10) feet of Tracts
Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8) as shown on the
Final Development Plan of Georgetown Village Place, a Planned
Development District in Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas. Said twenty (20) foot easement is also
described as being the South twenty (20) feet of the North one hundred
fifteen (115) feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Eight (8) of
said Georgetown Addition.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the
purpose of the construction, installation, repairing, replacing and
maintaining public utilities, in perpetuity.
