OFF-SITE ACCESS EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 25th day of April, 2000, by and between the City of
Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation, (the "Grantor"), and Robert M. Gile and Donna J. Gile,
(the "Grantee").
WITNESSETH: The Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto
the Grantee an Off-Site Access Easement for all rights of ingress and egress, in perpetuity, over
and across a certain portion ofland owned by the Grantor and legally described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast comer of Lot One (1), Block One (1), of the Flor
De Sol Addition, an Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, thence
South 00 degrees 00 minutes 24 seconds East along the East line of said Lot One
(1) a distance of One Hundred Seventy feet (170.00') to the point of beginning;
thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of One Hundred
Twenty-five and Forty-four hundredths feet (125.44') to a point on the West
right-of-way line of Markley Road; thence South 00 degrees 01 minutes 36
seconds East along said right-of-way line a distance of Sixty feet (60.00'); thence
South 89 degrees 59 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of Ninety-two and
Fifteen hundredths feet (92.15 '); thence South 66 degrees 46 minutes 31 seconds
West a distance of Thirty-six and Twenty-one hundredths feet (36.21') to a point
on the East line of said Lot One (1); thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 24
seconds West along said East line a distance of Seventy-four and Twenty-seven
hundredths feet (74.27') to the point of beginning. *
The above described tract ofland contains 7,763.37 square feet more or less.
