RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this ~L\, day of June, 1982, by and between
VERVA A. FAITH, a widow, of Sall~:-t~ine County, Kansas, hereinafter
referred to as the "Party of the First Part", and the CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Party
of the Second Part", WI'INESSEI'H:
That the Party of the First Part, for a good and valuable con-
sideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Party of the Second Part a permanent easement in, over and across a
certain tract of land owned by the Party of the First Part, more
particulary described as follows:
The North Five Feet (N 5') of Lot One (1), Block
Nine (9), Replat of Faith Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas,
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, enq;>loyees and contractors for the
purpose of construction, installing, repairing, replacing and maintain-
ing a public street in connection therewith, in perpetuity.
IN WI'INESS WHEREOF, the said Party of the First Part has hereunto
set her hand the day and year first above written.
