RESOLUTION NUMBER 93-4612
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND THE KANSAS
ARMY NATION GUARD TO ALLOW PLACEMENT OF COMMUNICATION CABLE IN
THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, the Kansas Army National Guard wishes to utilize cable to
serve certain of its facilities in the Airport Industrial Area requiring that
such cable be installed in the public right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the City of Salina wishes to grant permission to the
Kansas Army National Guard to install such cable, subject to certain
conditions; SO NOW, THEREFORE;
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
license agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and the Kansas Army
National Guard to allow placement of communication cable in the public
right-of-way.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
28th day of June, 1993.
