RESOLUTION NUMBER 93-4614
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESIGNATION OF JOHNSTOWN
AVENUE AS A THROUGH STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH PENN
AVENUE; AND AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION AND MARKING OF BOTH
SIDES OF PENN AVENUE WITH "STOP" SIGNS AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH
JOHNSTOWN AVENUE.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of Article 20,
Chapter 8 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, the City Manager is directed to
designate Johnstown Avenue at
the intersection
of Penn
Avenue as a through
street, and to install "Stop"
signs on both
sides of
Penn Avenue at its
intersection with Johnstown Avenue.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
28th day of June, 1993.
