RESOLUTION NUMBER 93-4615
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
VACATION OF THE THIRTY FOOT BUILDING SETBACK AND THE FIFTEEN
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON TRACT 3, WOODS AND DURHAM
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE
COUNTY, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed in the Office of the City Clerk
by Bill Medina, petitioner, requesting the vacation of the 30' building
setback and the 15' utility easement that is within the setback, an area 30'
wide by 221' long on Tract 3, Woods and Durham Planned Development
District in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas; SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give public
notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating that a petition has been filed for
the vacation of the 30' building setback and the 15' utility easement located
within the setback, an area 30' wide by 221' long on Tract 3, Woods and
Durham Planned Development District in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, and stating that the petition will be presented to the Governing Body
of the City for a hearing on August 2, 1993, and that at such time and place
all persons interested can appear and be heard under the petition.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
12th day of July, 1993
