A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
VACATION OF A PORTION OF SHADY BEND DRIVE IN THE REPLAT OF
MOOSE ADDITION IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed in the Office of the City Clerk
by The Summit Group of Salina, Kansas, a Kansas Limited Partnership,
petitioner, requesting the vacation of a portion of Shady Bend Drive in the
Replat of Moose Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas; SO
NOW, THEREFORE,
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give public
notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating that a petition has been filed for
the vacation of a portion of Shady Bend Drive in the Replat of Moose
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and stating that the
petition will be presented to the Governing Body of the City for a hearing on
August 2, 1993, and that at such time and place all persons interested can
appear and be heard under the petition.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
