A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND BUCHER, WILLIS & RATLIFF
FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES CONSISTING OF THE DRAINAGE
STUDY AND CONCEPT DESIGN FOR THE RELIEF OF STREET FLOODING AT
THE INTERSECTION OF NINTH STREET AND CLAFLIN AVENUE, FOR AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
SEVENTY-SEVEN AND 63100 DOLLARS ($25,977.63).
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest an Agreement for Engineering Services between the
City of Salina, Kansas and Bucher, Willis & Ratliff for professional
engineering services consisting of the drainage study and concept design for
the relief of street flooding at the intersection of Ninth Street and Claflin
Avenue, for an amount not to exceed twenty five thousand nine hundred
seventy-seven and 63100 dollars ($25,977.63).
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
13th day of September, 1993.
