This Indenture, made this 7th day of August, 1974, by and between
PRESLEY BUILDERS, INC., a Kansas corporation, Party of the First Part,
and the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Party of the
Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Party of the Second Part an easement in, over and across a
certain tract of land owned by the Party of the First Part more
particularly described as follows:
A tract of land in Country Club Estates Addition, an addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas being more
particularly described as follows:
The west twenty (201) feet of the east forty (401)
feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Block One and
also Lots 1,2,3 and 4 of Block Two of said
Country Club Estates Addition.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for
the purpose of constructing, installing, repairing, replacing and
maintaining sewer lines, water lines, electric power lines, gas
lines, telephone lines and all other forms and types of public
utilities now or hereafter being generally utilized by the public,
in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Party of the First Part has hereunto
set its hand the day and year first above written.

BE IT REMEMBERED, that on the 7th day of August, 1974, before me,
the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the county and state afore-
said, came Roy A. Presley, President of PRESLEY BUILDERS, INC., a Kansas
corporation, and Charles Musser, Secretary of said Corporation, who are
personally known to me to be the same persons who executed the above and
foregoing instrument of writing and duly acknowledged the execution of
the same.
