RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this /9T.P day of ~"'I / , 1984, by and
between MINNIE L. REED, a widow, hereinafter ref red to as the "Party
of the First Part", and the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a rmmicipal corporation,
hereinafter referred to as the "Party of the Second Part", WITNESSEI'H:
That the Party of the First Part, for a good and valuable con-
sideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Party
of the Second Part a pennanent easerrent in, over and across a certain
tract of land owned by the Party of the First Part, TIDre particularly
described as follows:
The East Five Feet (E 5') of the North Seventy-Two
Feet (N 72') of Lot Three (3) in Block Five (5) of Ebn-
dale Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas. Containing 360 square feet TIDre or less
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the
purpose of construction, installing, repairing, replacing and maintaining
a public street in connection therewith, in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Party of the First Part has hereunto
set her hand the day and year first above written.

ment of writing and duly acknowledged the execution of the sane.
