DRAINAGE EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this /.1 day of Lt., u ~t- , 1998 by and between Elaine
B. McClintock and Buddy W. McClintock, Truste of THE ELAINE B. McCLINTOCK
TRUST, dated August 13, 1996, Party of the First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS,
a municipal corporation, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents; grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Party of the Second Part an easement in, over and across certain tracts of land owned by
the Parties of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
An easement for drainage purposes located in Tract No.5, of the Planned Development
District, Lot I, Block I, East Lake Estates Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
being ten feet (10') each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said Tract No.5 and twenty feet (20') feet north of
the southeast corner thereof;
Thence S 89° 57' 53" W parallel with the south line of Tract No.5, a distance of25.53';
Thence N 00° 00' 22" W a distance of 103.12' to a point on the north line of said Tract No.
5 and eighty feet (80') west of the northeast corner thereof;
The above described easement contains 2,613 square feet or 0.06 acres, more or less.
