the Second Part, a utility easement in, over and across a certain portion

Beginning at a point that is the southwest corner

line of said Lot Four (4) to the north line of
said Lot Four (4); thence east along the north
line of said Lot Four (4) a distance of ten feet
(101); thence south along a line parallel to the
west line of said Lot Four (4) to the south line

to the point of beginning.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of said Second Party, its
servants, officers, employees and contractors, for the purpose of
constructing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintaining a
sanitary sevIer system, in perpetuity.
