AN ORDINANCE vacating certain streets and easements.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of 'Salina, Kansas:
That the following described streets and easements be and they are hereby vacated:
1. (a) That certain portion of a street described as the North 124.5
feet of Ninth Street Place which abuts the North 124.5 feet of
Lot Ten (10), Block One (1), in Key Acres, an addition to
'Smoky Hill Township, now City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
(b) That portion of 'Shawnee Avenue commencing at the South line
of Crawford Avenue South 612.2 feet to the North line of
Seminole Avenue extended east as shown on the Original Plat
of 'Sunset Manor Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds.
(c) Manor Road from the East line of Ohio Street east to the City
Limits, subject to and reserving the easement of sewer in place.
2. (a) The West 276.4 feet of that certain utility easement, which is
14 feet in width, centering on the common boundary line between
Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block One (1), in Key Acres --
an Addition to Smoky Hill Township, now City of 'Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
(b) The utility easement in Block Five (5) in the Faith Addition to
the City of Salina, 'Saline County, Kansas.
(c) Six (6) feet of the utility easement reserving a utility
easement of fourteen (14) feet between Lot Twenty-three (23)
and Twenty Four (24), Block Five (5) Belmont Addition to the
City of 'Salina, `Saline County, Kansas.
(d) The utility easement in Block Eight (8) and Block Twenty-three
(23), in Key Acres, an Addition to Smoky Hill Township, now
City of Salina, 'Saline County, Kansas.
