ORDINANCE NUMBER 6538

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
Rezoning of the North 100 feet of Lots 8 and 9
in Surveyor's Plat 31, in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "B" to Zone "F".
shall become a part of District "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Light Industria
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". BECOND DWELLING HOUSE DI"STRICT. That the Zoning'
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
Rezoning of Lot 11, Block 3, Talley Addition in
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from
Zone "A" to Zone "B".
shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adopt
and publication once in the official city paper.
