ORDINANCE NUMBER 6525

AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of they
City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a tract of land so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or
boundary lies upon or touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas, described as follows:
(1) Beginning at a point which is the intersection
of the intersection of the east line of Shalimar
Addition and 200.0 feet south of the east and west
quarter line of Section 30, Township 14 South, j
Range 2 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian;
(2) thence south 110 feet;
(3) thence west following a line 310.0 feet south of and
parallel to said quarter section line to a point
200 feet east of the center line of Ohio Street;
(4) thence north 110 feet;
(5) thence east and parallel to the said quarter
section line 933 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
