AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be Rezoned as follows; to -wit:
Rezoning of all of Block 10, except the west 60 feet
thereof and all of Block 12, all in the Replat of Lots
1 to 15 inclusive, Garden Home Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "D".
shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2.�-AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning)
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned aig follows; to -wit
Rezoning of West 60 feet of Block 10 of the Replat of
Lots 1 to 15, inclusive, Garden Home Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "B".
Rezoning of Lot 9 of Block 6, of the Replat of Blocks 4, 5,
and 6 of the replat of Lots 1 to 15 inclusive, Garden Home
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
from Zone "A" to Zone "B".
shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
