ORDINANCE NUMBER 6517

AN ORDINANCE providing for the cancellation and deletion of Resolution Number 2270 as
described in Ordinance Number 6411.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That it is for the best public interest that Resolution Number 2270 covering)
curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Talley Drive with concrete (Thirty-three (33)
feet wide from back of curb to back of curb) from the west line of Haskett Avenue to the
west line of Harold Avenue is hereby cancelled, for the reason that this particular
improvement can be included in another construction operation at a later date for Talley
Drive, and from good engineering planning, will be and make for better construction.

Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
