THIS INDENTURE, .ade this 18th day ot Dece.ber,
1956, by and between CLARENCE O. IBGERMANSOB and LUCILLE
INGERMANSON, hi. wire, and GBRTRUDE H. TALLEY and BaRIST O.
TALLEY, her husband, hereinatter reterred to a. "Proprietors",
and the GENERAL PUBLIC, hereinatter reterred to as "the
public".
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, CLARENCEO. INGERMABSON and GERTRUDE H.
TALLEY are the owners and proprietors ot tho.e certain lands
hereinafter de.cribed; and
WHEREAS, such lands are adjacent to Ineer.anson
Heights, a subdivision in Saline County, Ian.a., duly hereto-
fore platted by sa~d proprietors; and
WHEREAS, it 1s .dee.ed expedient in the public
interest to dedicate certain additional lands to be utilized
as a means ot ingress and egre.s to and trom said Incer.anson
Heights and any part thereof; and '
SO, NOW, THEREFORE, Proprietors, in consideration ot
the benefits by them to be derived as property owners within
the area ot the property hereby dedicated, do by the.e pre.ent.
dedicate in perpetuity those certain tract. and parcels ot
land lyin~ and situate in Saline County, Kansas, and .ore
particularly described as tollow8, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner ot
Talley Drive and Ineermanson Heiehts,
a subdivision of a part ot the Borth-
east Quarter (NE/4) ot Section Twenty-
six (26), Township Fourteen (14) South,
Range Three () West ot the Sixth P.M.
in said County and State, thence South
Thirty (30) Feet; thence We.t parallel
with the South line ot Talley Drive
extended vest to the easterly line ot
the right-ot-way ot the Mi88ouri Pacitic
Railroad; thence Northea.terly on said
easterly line ot said right-of-way to
the south line ot Talley Drive, extended
west; thence East on said South line to
the place ot beeinning; and any and all
undedicated area 17ine north ot the tract
hereby conveyed lying between the convergine
center lines ot Talley Drive and Roberts
Avenue in said Inger.anson Heights;
to have and to hold the same unto the GENERAL PUBLIC torever,
together with all and singular the tene.ents, heredita.ents,
and appurtenances tor the utilization thereat as a public
street and a public way.
Proprietors represent that they are vested with an
indefeasible estate of inheritance in and to the lands hereby
dedicated.
