DEÐICATORY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, lIade this 9th day of .1'ebruary

his wife, hereinafter referred to as Proprietors, and the GENERAL
PUBLIC, hereinafter referred to as "the public".
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, CHARLES R. CHRISTENSEN¡cand LINDA C. CHRISTENSEN
are the owners and proprietors of those certain lands hereinafter
described; and
WHEREAS, such lands are adjacent to Ingermanson Heights,
a subdivision in Saline Coûnty, Kansas, duly heretofore platt,ed by
said proprietors; and

WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient in the pub1io interest
to dedicate certain additional lands to be utilized as a means of
ingress and egress to and from said Ingermanson Hêights and any
part thereof; and
SO, NOW, THEREFORE, Propr1f;tc>,rs, in consideration of the
benefits by them to be derived asþ~operty owners within the area
of the property hereby dedicated, dq by these presents dedicate in
perpetuity those certain tracts and ;D~rÇ¡ðls of land lying and situate
in Saline County, Kansas, and mo~i~att~cularly described as follows,

to have and to hold the same unto the GENERAL PUBLIC forever, together
with all and singular the tenements, herditaments, and appurtenances
for the utilization thereof as a public street and a public way.
Proprietors represent that they are vested with an inde-
feasible estate of inheritance in and to the landa hereby dedicated.
