DEDICATORY DEED
THIS INDENTURE Made this «3~ day of March, 1963, between
George o. P. Seitz and Ruth Seitz, husband and wife; Daisy
Seitz, a widow; Nellie Seitz, a single woman; Henrietta Seitz
Lutschg and Irvin Lutschg, her husband; and Charles F. W. Seitz,
Jr., and Howard Engleman, co-executors of the Estate of Charles
F. W. Seitz, deceased, of the first part, and the General Pub-
lic of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consi-
deration of the benefits to be derived by them from the dedi-
cation hereinafter made, do by these presents dedicate to public
use as a street and highway that certain parcel of land lying
and situate in the County of Saline and State of Kansas, to-wit:

A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4)
of Section Seventeen (17), Township Fourteen (14)
South, Range Two (2), West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is Thirty-Five (35)
feet east of the Southwest Corner of said quarter
section; thence east along the south line of said
quarter section 1165.55 feet; thence north Thirty
(30) feet; thence west and parallel to the south
line of said quarter section 1165.55 feet to the
east line of Marymount Road; thence south Thirty
(30) feet to the point of beginning.
That the land aforesaid is hereby dedicated in perpetuity
the uses and purposes aforesaid.
It is expressly understood the described land, together
with other adjacent land, are subject to oil and gas leases
of record, and the prior rights of said lessees are not affected
by this dedication.
That in the event of the vacation or abandonment of the
public use or uses aforesaid, that thereupon the dedicated tract
aforesaid shall revert to undersigned first parties, their heirs
and assigns, as provided by law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said parties of the first part have
hereunt set their hands the day and year first above written.
