A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND CAMP DRESSER &
McKEE INC. TO PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES FOR DETECTION
MONITORING AND SUPPLEMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES
ASSOCIATED WITH THE CITY OF SALINA MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILL
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $67,689.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc.
to provide
consulting services
for detection monitoring
and supplemental site
assessment
activities associated
with the City of Salina
Municipal Solid Waste
Landfill in an amount not to exceed $67,689.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
3rd day of January, 1994.
