RESOLUTION NUMBER 05-6186
A RESOLUTION AMENDING ARTICLE VIII OF THE CITY OF SALINA
COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE BY ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES AT THE
MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City of Salina provides many specific services for the Citizens of
Salina; and
WHEREAS, specific individuals benefit from said services; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate public policy to require specific individuals benefiting
from specific services to pay all or a portion of the cost of such services; and
WHEREAS, Salina Code Section 2-2 provides that the Board of Commissioners shall
determine, by resolution, all license fees, permit fees and other user related fees or charges
established by the ordinances of the City; SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following fees charged by the Salina Municipal Golf Course
are hereby amended in Article VIII and shall be incorporated in the City's Comprehensive Fee
Schedule.
To be effective January 1, 2005:
Article VIII: Parks and Recreation
Golf Course:
Patron Cards
Youth (under 18) Par 3 Course Only $53.00 per year
Adults Par 3 Course Only $210.00 per year
Electric Cart Rental
9 Holes $14.00
18 Holes $22.00
20 9 -Hole Rounds $200.00
To be effective May 10, 2005:
Article VIII: Parks and Recreation
Golf Course:
Trail Fees
9 Holes $5.00
18 Holes $7.00
10 9 -Hole Rounds $45.00
10 18 -Hole Rounds $63.00
Section 2. That the fees outlined in Section 1 shall be effective upon adoption of this
resolution.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
